SANTA CLARA COUNTY BINATIONAL HEALTH WEEK KICK-OFF & CLOSING EVENT REPORT

We are proud to share the 2025 Binational Health Week (BHW) Impact Report, a reflection of our collective commitment to health equity and community resilience in Santa Clara County. This year’s initiative was a resounding success, reaching over 2,750 residents and mobilizing a network of 112 dedicated community partners. From our vibrant kickoff in East San José to our closing event in Gilroy, we provided hundreds of free preventive screenings—including flu shots, dental exams, and blood glucose checks—to those who need them most. Now officially supported by our new 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Community Builders Unidos, this report highlights how we are breaking down barriers to care and fostering a safer, healthier future for our Latino and immigrant neighbors.
